This is me

*enneagram 3

My skillset has evolved starting from my empathy research as an undergrad at UCSB all the way to contract negotiation and strategic alignment with key enterprise executives. Each role along the way has added and refined what I bring to the table at a company.

I own the process
from lead to renewal with all the happiness in between.

As much as I would have loved to never have to be constrained to a "career path", sales and account expansion just came naturally to me. I fought it because of what the caricature of sales is (pushy, overbearing, greasy - yes greasy). I realized that my love for having deep conversations with strangers in the elevator translates seamlessly to sales because at the core of it all, empathetic listening and problem solving is sales.

As the foundational Account Executive hire at Webflow, I helped to create the vision and strategy for our now thriving Sales org. I assisted in the hiring of over 40 headcount from Operations to xDRs all while averaging around 70% over quota since day one. My entrepreneurial skillset and resilience allows me to take on sales with a relational, solution-led approach while helping to optimize, build-out and maintain the core structure of new teams.

When I was pregnant with my son, I couldn't find any urban 5-panel hats that were not emblazoned with cartoon characters. I launched Kinship Cap Co. after spending late nights with a newborn, designing and learning the ins and outs of the manufacturing process.

He’s got that pouty model thing down 😉

Motherhood is my muse.
